Q. Is it safe for me to use my credit card
at LAPokerScene.com?
A. Yes, please be assured that we have taken many steps
to ensure the security of our players. All information regarding
your purchase is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL encryption algorithm.
This simply means your transactions are always safe and secure.
Q. I am trying to deposit funds into my
LAPokerScene.com account via credit card, however I keep getting
denied. What do I do?
A. Some banks see this as a “Gaming Purchase” and may
have policies against approving such transactions. You may need to
contact your issuing bank regarding this matter. A way around this
would be to deposit into a NETeller, Citadel or FirePay account.
Q. Are any of your deposit methods free
to deposit with?
A. Yes! If you deposit with NETeller, Citadel or Firepay
you will not be subjected to any form of depositing fee.
Q. Does LAPokerScene.com support anything
other than FirePay, NETeller, Visa, MasterCard or Bank Draft as
a deposit method?
A. At this time LAPokerScene.com does not accept any other forms of
payment.
Q. How do I cash in my winnings?
A. To request a Payout, click on the “Cashier” menu option
from the game lobby. Then click on “Go to Cashier”, then
select the “Request a Payout” option. From this screen
you will be able to enter the withdrawal amount and method.
Q. Can I cash out my chips while I’m
at a table?
A. No, you must leave the table before proceeding to the Cashier.
Q. I just cashed in my winnings. How long
will it take?
A. Withdrawing through NETeller or Firepay takes between 24 and 48
hours. Bank Drafts take between 3 and 6 weeks to complete.
Q. I just bought some chips with my credit
card. How long before I receive them?
A. NETeller, Citadel, FirePay, InstaCASH and Credit Card transactions
will place chips into your account immediately. If they are not immediately
deposited into your account an error has occurred and you will need
to try again or send an email to Customer Support at Support@LAPokerScene.com.
Bank Draft deposits take between 7 and 10 days to go through, once
the draft has been received.
Q. Why is my Payout still pending?
A. When your payout has been marked as Pending it means
that it is currently being viewed by the Cashier, or it may be under
investigation. As sometimes questions arise, please remain patient.
If your payout has been pending for more than 7 Business days please
email the Cashier.
